Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel with one click from /ayarlar/uyelik. Your access continues until the end of the current period, then automatically reverts to Free.
How do yearly plan refunds work?
For a pro-rated refund of the remaining months on a yearly plan, you can contact the Tatonia support team. The right-of-withdrawal terms are detailed in the Distance Sales Agreement.
Are my card details safe?
Payments are processed via Iyzico with 3D Secure. Tatonia never stores any card details. Iyzico is based in Türkiye and KVKK compliant.
How does family sharing work?
Pro membership shares with up to 4 users. Each family member signs in with their own account, the shared meal planner and shopping list are shared, while personal preferences stay separate.
Can I upgrade from Plus to Pro?
Yes, you can change your plan from /ayarlar/uyelik. The remaining days are automatically prorated on the switch.
Do you issue an invoice?
Yes, an e-Archive Invoice is issued for every payment and sent to your email address as a PDF.
Is VAT included in the prices?
Yes, all prices we show include VAT. There are no hidden extra charges at checkout.
Is there a 14-day right of withdrawal?
Under Turkish Consumer Law (TKHK 48-49), the right of withdrawal for a digital service is valid for 14 days if use has not started. If you pay for Plus or Pro and never use the service, you get a full refund within 14 days. The right of withdrawal ends the moment you start using the service (we ask for confirmation during the flow). Details are in the Distance Sales Agreement.
How can I access my data?
From /ayarlar, 'Download my data' lets you export all your Tatonia data (profile, recipe history, subscription, payments, invoices, collections, comments, adaptations) as JSON. Account deletion requests are on the same page, compliant with KVKK Article 11.
What happens if I exceed monthly limits on Plus?
Plus membership has a monthly limit of 30 adaptations and 20 PDFs. When the limit is reached, new generation pauses until the end of the month; your existing content (saved items, collections, past PDFs) stays fully accessible. For more, you can upgrade to Pro (unlimited).
What happens to my data if Tatonia shuts down?
We give 30 days' notice, and you can download all your data as JSON before the account closes. A pro-rated refund is made for the remaining days of your active payment period.
