Pulse the walnuts in a food processor, keeping them in small pieces.

Add the walnuts, breadcrumbs, olive oil, pomegranate molasses, cumin, red pepper flakes, and dried mint.
Mash the mixture with a spoon for 3 minutes until homogeneous.
Transfer the acuka to a serving bowl, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and let it rest for 10 minutes.
💡 Tip: If your pepper pastes are already salty, do not add extra salt, acuka becomes denser as it rests and the paste salt tastes stronger.
