Soak the wheat overnight in plenty of water.
Put the chicken thighs and drained wheat in a pot, then add the water and salt.
Cook over low heat for 90 minutes, until the wheat opens and the chicken is tender.
Remove the chicken, shred it, and discard the bones.
Return the chicken to the pot, add the butter, and beat the mixture with a wooden spoon for 15 minutes.
Cook the cream and butter in a small pan for 8 minutes, until lightly colored.
Add the ground red pepper to the darti and pour it hot over the keskek.
