Mix the butter, crushed garlic, parsley, lemon zest and salt, then shape into sticks.
Firm the herb butter in the freezer for 20 minutes.
Open the chicken breasts, flatten them lightly and season with salt and black pepper.
Place butter inside each chicken breast and close tightly.
Coat the chicken in flour, beaten egg and panko breadcrumbs in order.
Brown the chicken in hot oil for 6 minutes.
Finish the Chicken Kievs in a 180°C oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
