Mix the lukewarm milk, lukewarm water, yeast, and sugar, then wait 10 minutes.
Add the flour, salt, and neutral oil, then knead for 8 minutes.
Let the dough rise in a covered bowl for 40 minutes.
Take pieces of dough, spread butter between them, and shape into twists.
Rest on the tray for 20 minutes.
Brush with egg yolk and bake at 180°C for 22 to 25 minutes.
