Mix the yogurt, neutral oil, baking powder, and salt.
Add the flour and knead for 4 to 5 minutes, until you have a soft dough that does not stick to your hands.
Mix the cheese with chopped parsley.
Take pieces of dough, add the filling, and close them.
Brush with egg yolk and bake at 180°C for 22 to 25 minutes.
💡 Tip: Add the flour gradually, the dough should be soft and not sticky, but never stiff.
