Mix the fresh yeast, warm water, and granulated sugar and let it foam for 8 minutes.
Add the flour and salt and knead a soft dough that does not stick to your hands.
Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour.
For the syrup, boil the water and sugar, add the lemon juice, cook for 8 minutes, and cool.

Divide the dough into 6 balls and roll each into an oval.
