Mix the flour, whole wheat flour, yeast, half the sugar, and salt.
Add the warm milk and water and knead into a soft dough.
Cover and rest for 45 minutes.
Mix the tahini, melted butter, olive oil, and remaining sugar into a smooth filling.
Divide the dough into 8 pieces, roll thin, and spread with tahini filling.
Roll each piece, coil into a rose shape, place on a tray, and rest for 20 minutes.
Bake at 190°C for 18 minutes until browned.
Rest warm for 10 minutes and serve with white cheese.
