Rinse the bulgur, remove excess salt from the corti, and chop it small.
Turn the onion in the oil for 4 minutes, until softened.
Add the corti and cook for 3 minutes, until its aroma comes out.
Add the bulgur to the pot and stir for 2 minutes.
Add hot water to the corti bulgur pilaf and cook for 15 minutes.
Let the pilaf steam for 10 minutes so the tang of the corti spreads through the bulgur.
