Cut the potatoes into large pieces and boil them in salted water for 14 minutes.
Put the cream and milk in a pot and warm for 3 minutes.
Add the flour and butter mixture and thicken the sauce for 4 minutes.
Add the potatoes to the sauce and cook over low heat for 3 minutes.
Stir in the dill after removing the pot from the heat so its color does not fade.
Let the sauce stand for 2 minutes so the outside of the potatoes absorbs the cream.
Lift the potatoes with a wide serving spoon so the starchy sauce is not crushed.
