Finely dice 2 tomatoes and mix them with 180 g curd cheese.
Add 1 tablespoon olive oil to the filling so the curd cheese does not stay dry.
Cut the 3 flatbread sheets into triangles and place the filling at the tip.
Roll the wraps and place the ends underneath so they do not open in the pan.
Warm the wraps over medium heat for 6 minutes, turning them so the flatbread does not burn.
