Knead 600 g flour, 320 ml water, and salt until you have an elastic dough.
Rest the dough in oil for 30 minutes so it does not tear when the layers are opened.
Roll the pieces out thinly, oil them, and fold them, keeping the dough surface from drying out.
Roll the folded pieces into rounds, arrange them on a tray, and brush the tops with oil.
Bake the boyoz in a preheated 200°C oven for 25 minutes so the layers puff and brown.
Rest on the tray for 6 minutes and serve hot so the layers do not break.
💡 Tip: Rest the dough in oil for 30 minutes; the layers will open without tearing.
🍽️ Serving suggestion: Serve hot with boiled eggs and strong brewed tea.
