Grate the zucchini and let it sit with salt for 5 minutes.
Squeeze the grated zucchini firmly in your palms so excess water does not loosen the mucver.
Mix the egg, flour, cheese, dill, olive oil, and salt in a bowl.
Add the zucchini to the batter and spread on a tray lined with baking paper.
Bake at 180°C for 28 minutes.
Rest the tray for 5 minutes, then cut the mucver into squares.
