Mix the chicken with lemon juice, olive oil, and salt and rest for 10 minutes.
Drain excess marinade from the chicken before adding sesame to the pan.
Coat the chicken pieces with sesame and cook in a pan for 8 minutes.
Warm the lavash in a pan for 1 minute.
Spread yogurt on the lavash and divide the chicken and greens over it.
Roll tightly, rest for 2 minutes, and cut diagonally.
Set the cut side upward so the yogurt sauce does not run out of the lavash.
