Knead the flour, water, yeast, oil and salt for 5 minutes into a soft dough.
Cover the dough and rest it for 35 minutes.
Mix the boiled potatoes with the lor cheese to prepare the filling.
Roll out the dough, place the potato and lor filling inside and close the pastries.
Bake the pastries at 190°C for 22 minutes and serve warm.
