Pick the basil leaves and dry them very well.
Toast the pine nuts in a dry pan for 2 to 3 minutes, until fragrant.
Add the basil, pine nuts, Parmesan, garlic, lemon juice, and salt to a food processor.
Pour in the olive oil in a thin stream and process until smooth.
