Press the 400 g firm tofu with paper towels and let it drain for 10 minutes.
Cut the tofu into large cubes and coat with soy sauce.
Mix the cornstarch and sesame seeds, then coat the tofu cubes on every side.
Bake in a 200°C oven for 20 minutes, turning halfway, until browned.
Rest for 3 minutes and serve so the coating sets on the surface.
