Boil the noodles in salted boiling water for 6 minutes until they remain firm.
Drain the noodles and mix with 1 tablespoon of butter.
Fry the minced meat in oil for 8 minutes until the water is absorbed.
Add salt and pepper to the minced meat and spread it on a greased tray.
Spread the noodles on top of the minced meat and drizzle with the remaining butter.
Bake the tray in the oven at 190°C for 20 minutes.
Turn the dish upside down, slice it into squares and serve with yogurt.
