Lay out the yufka sheets one by one, fold the edges inward, and roll them tightly.
Cut the rolls into 2 cm pieces and place them upright in a small baking dish.
Bake the yufka rolls at 185°C for 16 minutes, until dry and browned at the edges.
Mix the strained yogurt, crushed garlic, half the salt, and 3 tablespoons of hot water in a bowl.
Spoon the remaining hot water over the baked yufka and wait 5 minutes for it to soften.
Melt the butter in a pan, add the red pepper flakes, and foam for 40 seconds without burning.
Spread the garlic yogurt over the yufka, drizzle with chili butter, and serve hot.
