Boil the wheat for 90 minutes, and boil the chickpeas and beans separately until tender.
Add the chickpeas, beans, and water to the wheat pot and simmer for 20 minutes.
Add the chopped apricots, raisins, and sugar, then cook for 20 more minutes.
