Knead a dough with the flour, egg, yogurt, vegetable oil, water, and salt.
Rest the dough for 30 minutes.
Finely dice the onion and cook it with the beef mince for 8 minutes.
Add the parsley, allspice, black pepper, and red pepper flakes to the filling and stir for 2 minutes.
Divide the dough into walnut-sized balls and roll each one into a 10 cm round.
Place the filling in the center, fold into half moons, and press the edges so they do not open while frying.
Heat the sunflower oil to 175°C and fry the boreks for 3 minutes per side.
