Knead the flour, water, yeast, and salt into a dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Mix the ground beef with the finely chopped onion, tomatoes, pepper paste, parsley, and spices to make the topping.
Divide the dough into portions and roll each one very thin.
Spread the topping in a thin layer over the dough.
Bake at 250C for 8 to 10 minutes.
