Cut the scallions into 5 cm pieces.
Heat the oil in a pan and brown the scallions over low heat for 10 minutes.
Mix the soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and sugar in a bowl.
Boil the noodles in boiling water for 5 minutes.
Remove the scallions from the oil and add the sauce mixture to the oil.
