Put the condensed milk, coconut, and butter into a pot.
Cook the mixture over medium-low heat for 12 minutes, then remove it from the heat when it pulls away from the bottom of the pot.
Cover the surface of the mixture with plastic wrap touching it and chill for 30 minutes so a skin does not form.
Lightly oil your hands and roll small balls, working in small portions so the mixture does not stick to your palms.
Coat the balls in coconut and decorate each with a clove.
💡 Tip: Remove the mixture from the heat when it pulls away from the bottom of the pot; the balls will be easier to shape.
