Knead a soft pide dough with flour, water, yeast and salt.
Let the dough rise for 45 minutes.
Chop the onion, tomatoes, green peppers and parsley very finely.
Mix the ground beef with the pastes, red pepper flakes and chopped vegetables.
Divide the dough into 5 balls and roll them out long and thin.
Spread the meat filling thinly over the dough.
Bake the flatbreads at 250°C for 10 to 12 minutes.
💡 Tip: Keeping the filling from being too wet prevents the thin bread from turning doughy in the oven.
