Finely chop the onion and saute it with half of the butter for 5 minutes, until soft.
Add the cokelek cheese, chopped parsley, red pepper flakes, black pepper, and salt to the onion and mix the filling.
Lightly moisten the thin flatbread sheets one by one and cut them into long strips.
Place the cokelek filling at the end of each strip and fold into triangular packets.
Melt the remaining butter in a pan and fry both sides of the packets for a total of 8 minutes.
Mix the yogurt with crushed garlic and serve the hot packets with this sauce.
