Soften the fine bulgur with grated tomato for 15 minutes.
Add the tahini, walnuts, and tomato paste and knead for 2 minutes.
Add the parsley, lemon juice, and pomegranate molasses and mix.
If needed, loosen the texture with a few spoonfuls of cold water.
Let the batirik rest for 5 minutes and serve cool with lettuce leaves.
