Pound the chicken breasts until they are 1 cm thick.
Season the chicken with salt and black pepper.
Coat the chicken first in flour, then beaten egg, then a mixture of breadcrumbs and parmesan.
Heat the olive oil in a pan to 175°C.
Fry the breaded chicken for 4 minutes per side.
