Knead a soft dough with 4 cups flour, 1 cup milk and 1 egg.
Let the dough rise in a covered container for 25 minutes so the gluten relaxes and it rolls easily.
Mix 250 g cokelek with 1 tablespoon olive oil to make a crumbly filling.
Roll out the dough, spread the cokelek over it, close the edges and shape it into a bun.
Bake the bun in a preheated 185°C oven for 25 minutes, until the top turns golden.
Rest the baked bun for 6 minutes and slice it so the filling does not scatter.
💡 Tip: Adding a little olive oil to the cokelek keeps the filling from staying dry.
🍽️ Serving suggestion: Slice and serve warm with fresh tea.
