Boil the eggs for 9 minutes, cool them, and slice.
Soften the onion and garlic in olive oil for 4 minutes.
Add the chopped tomatoes, water, peas, corn, olives, hearts of palm, and salt, and cook for 10 minutes.
Fold large pieces of sardine into the sauce without breaking them up too much.
Add the cornmeal little by little and stir for 6 minutes, until thick but still moist.
Decorate the mold with egg slices and a few vegetables, then press the hot mixture inside.
Rest the cuscuz paulista for 20 minutes, unmold, and slice.
