Heat the milk without bringing it to a boil.
Soften the cecil cheese in the hot milk for 5 minutes.
Drain the cheese and open it into a thin rectangle on parchment paper.
Blend the mint, green pepper, garlic, yogurt, and salt until smooth.
Spread some of the sauce over the cheese and roll it tightly.
Chill the roll for 10 minutes, then slice.
Serve with the remaining sauce and cornbread.
