Rinse and drain the rice, then rest for 10 minutes.
Put the corn kernels and rice in the pot.
Add hot water and start cooking the pilaf for 8 minutes.
Arrange the cleaned anchovies on top without stirring, so the fish does not fall apart.
Cover and cook for 12 minutes more.
Rest the pilaf for 8 minutes and serve with a wide spoon.
