Rinse the rice and build the inner pilaf base with onion, butter, currants and salt.
Cook the inner pilaf for 12 minutes and add the dill after removing it from the heat.
Clean the anchovies and line the mold with the shiny sides of the fish facing outward.
Fill the mold with the pilaf, spreading it without pressing so the rice does not break apart.
Cover the top with the remaining anchovies and fold the edges inward.
Bake the Artvin pilaf in a 190°C oven for 30 minutes.
Rest the pilaf for 10 minutes, then invert it out of the mold.
