Chop the peppers, tomatoes, onion, garlic and parsley very finely.
Knead the ground beef, vegetables and red pepper flakes for 5 minutes.
Spread the mixture 1 cm thick on parchment paper.
Bake at 200°C for 25 to 30 minutes, until the edges are browned.
Open the paper and serve with lavash and onion.
