Cut a lengthwise slit in the peppers.
Toast the peanuts, sesame seeds, and coconut for 4 minutes.
Grind the toasted mixture with a little water.
Turn the peppers in oil for 5 minutes and set them aside.
Saute the onion, garlic, and ginger.
Add the peanut paste, tamarind, water, and peppers, then cook for 18 minutes.
