Keeps the screen on · step-by-step guide · built-in timer
Mix the grape molasses, date syrup, and rose water in a pitcher.
Add 0.5 cup cold water to the mixture and loosen it completely.
Pour the remaining cold water into the pitcher and stir for 1 minute.
Divide the ice among glasses.
Pour the jallab into the glasses and serve with raisins and pine nuts.
💡 Tip: Loosen the molasses first with a little water rather than all the iced water at once; this prevents a dense layer from settling at the bottom of the glass.
🍽️ Serving suggestion: Serve jallab in tall glasses with plenty of ice, raisins, and pine nuts for iftar or a summer table.
