Put the peanut butter, milk, and condensed milk in a blender.
Add the banana, nutmeg, vanilla, and ice.
Blend the mixture for 45 seconds, until smooth.
If the texture is too thick, add 2 tablespoons of milk and blend for 10 more seconds.
Divide into glasses and dust a very small amount of nutmeg on top.
