Mix the whole wheat flour, salt, vegetable oil, and half of the grape molasses.
Add the water little by little and knead a soft dough that does not stick to your hands.
Coarsely chop the walnuts and seedless raisins.
Pinch off walnut sized pieces of dough, fill them with the walnut and raisin mixture, and close them.
Boil the remaining grape molasses, water, and granulated sugar in a wide pot for 5 minutes.
Arrange the sweets in the molasses syrup and cook over low heat for 18 minutes, turning them as they cook.
Serve kadge difse warm with its syrup.
💡 Tip: Do not knead the dough too stiff; it should stay slightly moist so it does not crack while cooking in the molasses syrup.
🍽️ Serving suggestion: Serve the dessert warm, sprinkle with extra walnuts, and pair with plain tea.
