Knead a firm dough with the flour, egg, water, and salt.
Cover the dough and rest for 20 minutes.
Roll the dough thinly and cut into small squares.
Mix the yogurt and crushed garlic until smooth.
Boil the dough squares in plenty of salted boiling water for 7 minutes.
Finely chop the onions and fry them in butter for 8 minutes.
Drain the boiled dough squares and combine them with the yogurt.
Drizzle the onion and red pepper butter over the top and serve.
