Rinse the cracked wheat and place it in a pot with water and salt.
Cook the cracked wheat over low heat for 25 minutes until porridge-like.
Add the flour gradually and stir with a wooden spoon for 6 minutes.
Turn off the heat and rest the hasil for 5 minutes.
Whisk the yogurt with crushed garlic.
Heat the butter until foamy.
Spread the hasil on a plate, make a hollow in the center, pour the butter into it, and serve with yogurt.
