Beat the butter, sugar, and egg for 3 minutes until creamy.
Add the flour, mahleb, and baking powder and knead a dough that does not stick to the hand.
Rest the dough for 15 minutes, so it does not crack in the mold.
Coat the pieces in sesame and shape with a cookie mold.
Bake at 180°C for 24 minutes.
Leave on the tray for 10 minutes, so they do not break while hot.
