Boil the sugar and water for 10 minutes, then let the syrup become lukewarm.
Knead the dough ingredients and shape walnut-sized pieces.
Place a hazelnut on each piece and arrange them on the tray.
Bake the sekerpare at 180°C for 28 minutes.
Pour the lukewarm syrup over the hot dessert so the centers do not stay dry.
Rest for 25 minutes, then serve.
