Wash and drain the bulgur, then finely chop the tomatoes.
Sear the lamb for the tomato pan for 8 minutes.
Add the tomato and cook for 6 minutes, until it releases its juice and thickens.
Add the bulgur, hot water, and salt, then close the lid.
Cook the dish over low heat for 12 minutes, without stirring while the bulgur swells.
Let the pan rest for 8 minutes, then serve with the lamb on top.
