Knead a soft dough with the flour, yeast, milk and salt.
Let the dough rise for 45 minutes, until its volume clearly increases.
Divide the dough into balls and rest them on an oiled counter for 10 minutes.
Open the dough balls into disks with thin centers and slightly thicker edges.
Fry the langos in 175°C oil for 2 minutes on each side.
Add garlic oil, sour cream and kashar cheese on top, then serve hot.
Spread the cream thinly on the hot bread so the center of the langos does not turn doughy.
💡 Tip: Do not stretch the dough too thin, so the edges stay soft after frying.
