Wash the rice and soak it in salted water for 30 minutes.
Cut the green beans into 2 cm pieces.

Add half a cup of water and cook the filling for 25 minutes.
Boil the rice for 6 minutes, keeping it firm, and drain.
Layer the rice and beef-bean filling in the pot.
Steam the lubia polo over low heat for 35 minutes and serve.
