Soak the apricots in hot water for 10 minutes so they do not tear when opened.
Drain the apricots, fill them with walnuts, and arrange them in a pot.
Add the butter, sugar, and 200 ml water to the pot.
Cook the stuffed apricots over low heat for 15 minutes.
Rest the dessert for 10 minutes and serve with its syrup.
