Rub the goat meat with garlic, ginger, black pepper, and salt.
Boil the meat with the bay leaf and 1 onion for 22 minutes.
Drain the boiled meat and place it on the oven grill rack.
Brown the meat in a 210°C oven for 12 minutes.
Coarsely chop the remaining onion and the hot peppers.
Cook the onion and hot peppers in vegetable oil for 4 minutes.
Mix the browned meat in the pepper oil for 2 minutes and serve.
💡 Tip: Boil the goat first and then finish it under the grill, this gives an asun aroma in a home oven without drying the meat.
