Slice the potatoes into thin rounds and cut the tomatoes into large slices.
Spread the potatoes, tomatoes, garlic, half of the olive oil, salt, and black pepper in a baking dish.
Prebake the vegetables in a 200°C oven for 10 minutes.
Dry the sea bream and place lemon slices and rosemary inside the cavities.
Set the fish over the vegetables and drizzle with the remaining olive oil.
Bake for 14 minutes, until the fish flesh turns opaque.
Serve hot with parsley and lemon juice.
