Heat the milk and olive oil in a small pot until just about to boil.
Pour the hot mixture over the cassava starch and work it together with a wooden spoon for 3 minutes.
Let the dough cool for 10 minutes so the temperature drops before the eggs go in.
When the dough is warm, add the eggs and kashar cheese and make a soft, sticky dough.
With oiled hands, shape walnut-size balls and arrange them spaced apart on a tray.
Bake in a 190°C oven for 22 minutes until puffed and golden with light brown spots.
