Wash the chard stems and leaves. Thinly slice the stems, boil them for 8 minutes and drain, then finely chop the leaves.
Mix the spring onions, dill, parsley, crumbled cheese, and grated garlic in a bowl.
Add the eggs, flour, cornmeal, black pepper, and boiled chard stems, then mix into a thick batter.
Heat the sunflower oil over medium heat and drop small spoonfuls of the batter into the pan.
